To request a return:

 RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns

 Call 916-933-0700 or email returns@wendi.com

 Send product back with all materials in good condition, no damage or scratches
 Include the ORIGINAL INVOICE with RMA number written on it.

 Refund is issued in the same payment method used for purchase.

 Shipping costs or COD costs are not refunded

 Items returned without the INVOICE will be issued a credit toward future purchases.

 Returns without an RMA or incomplete sets will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 You may return a maximum of any four CD programs in a six month period.

 Wendi.com, Inc reserves the right to change or modify this return policy at any time.

 Purchases made with a one year money back guarantee will be honored within a year regardless of any changes in policy.

 You will still be bound to the maximum number of returns allowed at the time of your purchase.

 The number of items allowable for refund or exchange in our one year guarantee  may vary or be changed as we feel it is needed.
